Testimonial and opportunity for future training

Here's another great post by Linda Ozirney who attended Gifted to Lead in Calgary.

Often women feel that they need permission to use their leadership skills, gifts and abilities. “Gifted to Lead” conference with Nancy Beach offered that permission! Nancy clearly and biblically taught that women have received gifts and calling in leadership and we must respond obediently.

Her instruction will help us navigate the ‘sometimes bumpy’ journey in leadership. I found it helpful in understanding myself, and others. I have gained some insight into working with a mixed gender staff, in serving from my own ‘shape’ and in speaking from my authentic self.
