Time Management

As a leader, its important to keep watchful of how we manage our time. I don't know about you, but I'm always looking for ways to manage my time better.

I just read a great post on Michael Hyatt's blog about how to shave 10 hours off your work week. I discovered his blog through the world of twitter. He writes some great articles.

If you've been by Session 4 of Gifted to Lead or you just want to learn to grow as a leader, I recommend you read this. He has 7 steps. I can't say as I have accomplished all seven, or even absorbed all of them. But I have attempted to tackle step #2. It says:

Touch email messages once and only once.

This is much more difficult than I had imagined. I have decided I am going to make a conscious effort to follow this principle. I must say that I see a slight improvement already and feel like I'm up for the challenge.
