This morning in our staff devotions we listened to Craig Groschel's IT DVD. In each of the nine sessions Craig teaches and encourages your key leadership on the tangible ways your church and ministry can find it, keep it, and display it so that people will finally get it.
Today we watched a session called, Willingness to Fail.
Craig challenged leaders to not be afraid to fail and in fact, be willing to fail. Fear of failure can limit our future.
Failure is actually a big part of success.Obviously we don't plan to fail, but failure does happen. We can however learn from our failures. They can even help us refine the goals and direction for our future. Great leaders walk in great levels of faith, have times of failure, and keep trying again and move forward.
Are you a leader who is willing to fail?
"You see things; and you say 'Why?' But I dream things that never were; and I say 'Why not?" - George Bernard Shaw
"Each time you fail, start all over again, and you will grow stronger until you have accomplished a purpose." - Anne Sullivan
