Nancy Beach highly recommends career coach Marcus Buckingham's Strength Finder 2.0 book at the Gifted to Lead sessions. I would have to agree with her. This book has not only helped me to discover my strengths and focus more on who I am wired to be; but, I have used it to help countless others on their journey to discover who they are created to be.
